1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZICORE System ("the Service"), operated by ZineMotion Foundation ("we", "us", "the Organization"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZICORE is a digital aerospace operating system that provides:

• ZICORE SSO — Single sign-on authentication across all ZICORE services
• ZICORE Materializer — 3D generation, rendering, and export tools
• ZICORE Mail — Email services for @zinemotion.com.mx, @zicore.space, and @zinemotion.com domains
• ZiVault — Universal Asset Vault for digital assets (ZNT tokens)
• ZIO AI — AI assistant powered by open-source models
• Aerospace Modules — Engineering, simulation, mission control tools
• Games & Entertainment — HTML5 games and interactive content

3. Account Registration

To access premium features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Free accounts are limited to one email address on @zinemotion.com.mx. Premium accounts unlock additional domains and features.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials on ZICORE are the intellectual property of ZineMotion Foundation unless otherwise noted. You retain ownership of content you create using ZICORE tools, subject to the license you grant us to operate the Service.

6. Generated Content

Content generated using ZICORE tools (3D models, images, audio, video) belongs to you. You may use, modify, and distribute generated content freely. We do not claim ownership over your creations.

7. ZNT Tokens

ZiVault manages ZNT tokens as a utility currency within the ZICORE ecosystem. ZNT tokens:

• Are used to access premium services within ZICORE
• Do not constitute securities or investment instruments
• May be subject to change in value based on ecosystem usage
• Cannot be transferred outside the ZICORE ecosystem unless explicitly supported

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZICORE System is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ZineMotion Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
